• Bagged Pasta redux

    No recipe here, I sort of winged it.

    I was trying to figure out what do to with what I had in the kitchen.

    Took a can of artichoke hearts, chopped them, chopped garlic clove and
    dash of red pepper flakes. Sauteed for 5 minutes in a tablespoon of
    olive oil.

    Added a cup of cream, frozen peas and sauteed until the peas were hot.

    Added 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, let it get melty, then and tossed with
    bagged cheese ravioli, garnished with torn basil leaves.. Served with a
    salad and french bread.
