• console.putmsg(), pipe codes, Linux

    On Linux, console.putmsg() doesn't seem to be handling pipe codes, but on Windows it works properly. I'm updating my Linux sbbs install presently, but just wondering if you know about this.

    I don't think this is a Linux vs. Windows thing, but more likely that you have your SCFG->Message Options->Extra Attribute Codes->Renegade set differently between them.

    Right you are. I don't know why I didn't have those codes enabled, and I never would have guessed that setting would have been related to this (makes sense now that I think about it.) Thanks!
