Yes there is. Capability to pay for it. In Australia, we have an ocean barrier, but in Europe they saw a million people in a year walk in. If Europe were to offer freebies (more than they do), millions more would walk in. Fortunately, those with progressive mindsets correct the mistakes
of those with regressive mindsets, and all is well once done. Until
those with regressive mindsets fool those with progressive mindsets

to be, and the process starts all over again.
