    To celebrate that my SharkRF OpenSpot DMR hotspot arrived, and also my cheap dual band analog/DMR Baofeng RD-5R (which is indeed fully Tier II DMR compliant
    ...)
    Nice additions to my TYT MD380 where I updated the Firmware with the latest version of Travis Goodspeed.
    Amazing how much they improved.

    Unfortunately, unlike a year ago, when I took part in a special net on
    one of the Echolink worldwide conference servers for the day...I was
    unable to do so this year...because of helping my elderly Mom at her
    residence with a project. Being her caregiver (except for actual
    physical care), I spend much of my time over at her place.
