    one guy i can think of off the top of my head was coolmax, he could have been another smeg but with web stuff. instead he went to elebbs

    When I started running my BBS again a couple years ago, I was actually considering EleBBS (and had actually configured an EleBBS setup to my liking) because EleBBS was a modern clone of RemoteAccess, the BBS software I used in the 90s - so EleBBS was familiar to me. However, when I found Synchronet, it seemed to me that Synchronet was so much better, with more integrated internet services, integrated FOSSIL driver (no more having to mess with NetFOSS), and more flexibility. Synchronet FTW!

    I like Remote Access and Elebbs, Synchronet has a lot more options and
    setting up Synchronet bbs is much easier.
