    What is the Msgs column? Is that total number sent or number to send?

    The Msgs column is the number of messages waiting for the node. Probably ArchMail attach messages.

    In the outbound manager you can list what is waiting for a node.

    "l 1:320/219" will list the messages/files/tics destined for 1:320/219.
