• Getting the herb patch back online

From Shanta mcbain@1:153/757 to All on Tuesday, November 06, 2018 14:21:28
    Hi all

Back in the early 90's I had a Fido node called The Herb Patch.

I would like to get it back on line. This would be on internet. Hopefully as a subdomain of my http://forager.com site.

I am looking for help to do that and get the node active again.

    Thanks

    Shanta

What software were you running originally, do you remember?

    You'd be welcome back.. :)

I am looking for help to do that and get the node active again.

You would just need to contact the NC of the net you'd like to join. If you are in BC I would be happy to issue you a node.

Feel free to netmail or email me if I can be of assistance. Netmail Alan Ianson @ 1:153/757, or email Al@trmb.synchro.net.

What BBS software were you running? Are you wanting to use that software or use something more modern? What OS are you planning on using?

Lots of questions to get you pondering. :)
