I am using the default zip/unzip commands at the .mmailrc
file. Is that something that I need to change?

I am configuring MultiMail to use it with Linux, but I am
experiencing an error message when I try to uncompress the packet
(I am using zip/unzip as the archiver)

i have this in my .mmailrc... not sure if it is default or not... i've
not seen problems so far...
zipUncompressCommand: unzip -joLq
zipCompressCommand: zip -jkq
What error message...? Are your zip/unzip commands functional
from a normal command line?

Those commands in my .mmailrc file are default and work fine.

Yeah, those are the defaults, they are the same I have
here.
The error message I get is:
"End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file
is not a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part
archive. In the latter case the centra directory and zipfile
comment will be found on the last disk(s) of this archive."

you have a flawed zip file, then... there is little recourse other
than to download another one that is hopefully complete...
then there's the question of the zip file's size... if the BBS is
older, it may have a limit on the size of the zip file... depending on
the number of messages the system selected to pack for you, this may
have driven the size of the zip over the limit...

You guys were right: I downloaded a smaller QWK file from the
BBS and all went fine.
