    Yes but you have to go through one of Rick's proxy servers to use it.

    I must have tried soooooo many times to try to make it work on my own server instead of his proxy as per his documentation to no avail. I tried contacting him a few times and never got a response.

    I've tried several times to contact Rick also and no response. I hope nothing's happened to him.

    CertificateFilename=t:\tproxy\tfb.pfx
    CertificatePassword=

    LogLevel=Info
    RelayFilename=
    RLoginPort=0
    TargetHostname=192.168.3.2
    TargetPort=23

    I use the above onfiguration to run my own proxy for telnet and another for rLogin to connect to GameServe.

    Issue I had was it wouldn't work for me until I added the SSL info, Rick sent me a procedure to create the tfb.pfx, you can email me sysop @ tfb-bbs.org if you need that info.

    Being in Oz running my own proxy made sense for speed but it's better for security since it's all done internal.

    I could help if you need it.

    I have it running on my servers - ie: I only use his to serve the javascript, which I might see if I can change it. But it connects to my websocks proxy and thus connections are directly to my IPs.

    If you want to connect through proxies that you don't control, yes.

    I took it down because no one used it on my system: they can connect via telnet and ssh (when I feel like turning the Linux server back on again) ... so no need for a Web-based solution here.

    well, yeah... but you don't if you host the code yourself... i do here on sestar... no proxies involved... works for both clear and TLS connections ;)

    i fully understand... i don't know if i would disable it if i didn't get some rare/any use... it is there if someone wants to use it, though... i did the same with my RA setup, too... but i do fully understand...
