    Hello All,

how can i make a dos bbs on real hardware* make to use telnet?
i guess i need a fossil driver/tcp wrapper. i would like to avoid the 'tcpser' solution if possible.

can you point me to the right direction?

(* i have a network card in it, and mtcp is working fine.)

    Regards,

Maybe RLFOSSIL is what you are looking for?

I put a lot of effort into this sort of setup. I used tcpdrv (the Trumpet TCP driver) rather than mtcp and wrote a bunch of hybrid pascal/assembly to interface between the dos packet driver it provides, and a fake fossil driver.

I got Synchronet for DOS to answer with it, and it was pretty bad.

If I can find the code I'll see if I can't make sure it still works and link it somewhere. But if you haven't picked it up, I'm not really fond of the concept anymore ;)
