You don't need perl*.dll, if you don't have perl-* keywords in the binkd.cfg.

at least this one requires libc066.dll on os/2 ecs... i don't know about the others... i had to hunt 066 down and add it to my dll library... i also renamed
my existing 065's dll to dllx and replaced it with the 065 forwarder... have had one transfer so far... machine is still working and doesn't seem to be locked up or frozen... let's see what happens when allfix/2 gets run the next time... that's usually where my conflicts between binkd and allfix are seen for
    some reason...

You may try binkd2e - it's a emx compiled versions, they linked with emx*.dll, not libc*.dll.

i had to leave the EMX ones alone when i figured out they were causing problems
with my allfix on the DOS side... my allfix is the one for all OSes... when binkd2e was running, allfix would just freeze like it was waiting for some lock
to be released... i discovered this years ago when i killed binkd in the process of doing an orderly shutdown to clear the frozen allfix... when i killed binkd, allfix suddenly woke up and ran on through its job... once that mail toss was complete, i tested again and sure enough, binkd2e running stopped
AF in its tracks... close binkd2e and allfix worked as desired... at some point
i switched to only using allfix on the native os2 side... i think that was due to drive space checking problems that 2gbfix wasn't able to correct for allfix... anyway that's when i tried the watcom flavor of binkd... i don't recall what problems i had with them but i finally ended up with the klibc ones
which have always worked as long as i had the necessary libcxxx dll files... i need those libcxxx files with other tools on my os/2 ecs system but this is the
very first one that needed libc066... so far, so good ;)
