    Hi there.....

Did I read things correctly that the Win32 version of Binkley cannot pass the port to an other program??

I was hoping to set Binkley up to use dialuptotelnet.exe so that there could be
dialin access to a synchronet BBS.

    Thanx
    Joe

    Hi Joe, this is Joe,

Where did you hear that? It seems I used it successfully under Win95, many years ago. I do know some programs can't handle a passoff from a mailer, such as the Win32 version of Maximus BBS. That may be fixed now...not sure.

    Peace,
    Joe B

Thanx .... I hate playing with things for hours when the program wasn't designed to do what I'm trying to do.

    Thanx

I'd have to look at my FNOS files but I seem to recall that I could manage that.

    You were probably using WinFossil.

Nope. A couple of weeks ago I tried passing from BinkleyTerm (DOS) -> MaximusNT
which didn't work - dropped carrier.

Haven't tried BinkleyTerm/32 -> MaximusNT yet. I suspect the same result.

BinkleyTerm/32 -> Maximus (DOS) should work.

    I'm using Windows NT.
