Any recommended init strings, or a good reference for such? I
have one as well, but I've never been sure I'm using the 'best' init string...

string, have gotten by just
fine fo many years with AT&F1| with BinkleyTerm, tho I
do see that my current
string is AT&F1H0M0| , cannot remember why I made the change ... :-(((
I got two (2) of those modem(s)... USR V.90 Courier w/FAX on-line
here. :)

Looks like you wanted the speaker off (M0) and when the modem hung up
that it was on the hook (H0). I'm probably wrong about these as I
can't find my Courier docs, but sounds like it...but yeah, I've used
AT&F1 for years too!

if my telecom was not that big asshole i have 2 nodes with isdn, with identical courier-i here, my plan was to hook this up with my a4000,
but telecom wanted us to have "better" adsl :/
i now have plenty of modems to no avail, but fun might happend when i
get my a4000 tower up, does anyone know if isdn can work over ip ?
AFAIK DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) has superseded ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network) in most places. ISDN is a great technology
that never took off, at least around here.
