    Hello, All.

    In the coming week, I will be stepping down as moderator and handing the echo over to Richard Webb. We're working on some technical difficulties caused by my faulty memory, but we'll have things working soon. :)

    Thanks; POTS is alive and well over here on my BBS. :) I wanted to just hand over BINKLEY because I'm getting ready to go back to school and the less distractions I have, the better I'll be.

    I believe it still has its place, see my FIdogazette columns of last summer <grin>.
    I'm a firm believer in its continued existence, which is why when SEan told me he wanted to turn the reins over I said
