My main problem right now is that call-outs that are supposed to
start at 1am (ZMH) are going out at midnight, even after I pulled
the C flag for the 12-1 period. I've no idea how long this has
    been

Check your environment for a TZ variable. You may have your
system set to the wrong time zone?

THe thing is, it's worked for years, and I haven't changed anything but moving the C flag. But it's gotten weirder - for the last couple of days the system has been changing the date from 2002 to 2003. Dunno if Binkley has anything to
do with it and the log doesn't show year date so I'm having trouble tracking down when it's happening, save that some of my own posts show the wrong dates.
I've run Norton, and am about to update my virus checker and run that too, but I'm wondering if any of the wrong dates already in the system will screw up Binkley.

Ahhh -- there's a clue -- you might consider checking your CMOS battery. Some computers get quite confused when the voltage gets low. If you're lucky, it's a
"coin-type" battery and can easily be replaced.

Screw up, no, but certainly confuse! :-))

    Hello, Kay...

Does Binkley honor the TZ environment variable? I always wondered about that. I
always have it set, so I never found out.

Dunno, but it does seem to display the correct time.
