Sorry, I've never even heard of it. It's also not listed on BoI may not remember correctly, but I think there may have been one BBS in the Dallas area using that software

That'd be great if you could find a copy though. Do you know any of the other Blue Board SysOps? Maybe one of them has a copy. If you find one,You are right. That system does need to be archived somewhere. If it is the one I dimly remember, it was a good system.
