    I was just thinking.... I can modify just about anything on my BBS from
    my laptop on the network, just by firing up wcconfig... I agree, it'd
    be great if there was a version of platinum express that you could
    control from remote as well, but I realise that's pretty much a lost
    cause there. However, another feature that is severely missing is an
    HTML Text Editor (that allows you to edit php, perl, text, etc. all on
    any file in the winserver directory or any directory under the winserver directory.... There is no reason why I have to either go to the local computer, or VNC the computer just for the web files. Everything else
    is easily modifiable from wcconfig!

    You can do this by sharing your Wildcat! home directory across your
    network. That is what I do. I have Wildcat! installed on a server
    withi my C:\WC6 drive shared out and on my desktop with Expression Web
    4, I have that mapped to a drive. Then I just use that as a normal
    drive and save and open files normally from within the editor. No fuss,
    no muss.
