Are you sure the network card is not working? It may be the /modem/drivers that are missing. Assuming you are not on dialup, remove the
modem from the machine and recheck to see if there are no longer any
missing drivers.
To share files on a networked Win2k machine I beleive all you have to do
is enable file sharing

Well, thanks for all the suggestions. I feel like a knucklehead now.... Thewhole problem was I was misspelling the name of the network on one of the computers. Everything else connected automatically. Now that this has been corrected, all is working fine. Even was able to network a printer for the first time.
