How do you get files on something like MediaFire or MEGA?
Are you asking how do you upload files to a web-site using DOS? Likely, that depends on the web-site. I imagine it'd be quite a challenge with modern web-sites requiring modern browsers (which you likely won't have in a DOS environment). If the has an FTP-upload or email option, you should be good however.
