  • aup time out

    I have been receiving a message that that last timed out and is trying
    again when using the aup, any ideas?

    If you are referring to the Connection to AUP Server timing out then that
    would generally indicate either:

    a) The server was down/unavailable when you attempted to connect

    b) There was a temporary network problem at some point in the route between
    you and SSI at the time you tried to connect.

    If you are encountering a different problem you would need to describe the issue in greater detail.
