    A recent hatch of files INSP110D.ZIP and INSP110P.ZIP (for area UTILNET) contain a FREE, unlimited access key for the InspectA package. Though I disagree with it's validity for a number of reasons, an obscure clause in the Readme file DOES state that distribution of the KEYFILE (only) is limited to the original Website (now abandonded, original user/author is invalid for the domain). Should anyone disagree with the validity of the Hatch then please remove these files from your system. I, personally, do not.

    If anyone does not have Web access or is having trouble downloading the InspectA package (basically just a fancy .PKT Viewer, but now Free) contact me via Netmail or at fidobot(at)bellsouth(dot)net ... it has been pulled from general distribution per my instructions.

    The original website is at http://www.blaze.net.au/~davidn where the package *and* an unlimited keyfile may be freely downloaded (yes, it still works, though David Nugent is no longer a member of blaze.net.au aka ausisp).
