my BATs do is make sure the diff(s) are where NU expects to grab

He was after a diff updater tool, to handle multiple nodelists & diff files (some of which might be forwarded by *Cs in error).
Qnode is a nodelist index compiler for BinkleyTerm. A different
animal altogether. :)

Only partially correct. My version of QNode came with QDiff which processes diff files. :)
