I've worked with international copyright law for quite some time since I needed to do so in working with so many authors, Vincent.

Here are some other statements you obviously ignore, which I can prove:

I resigned Fidonet for two months, but did NOT resign as moderator (msg. echos: PDNECHO, FILEGATE, BBBS-ENGLISH, PRISM, RAR, FILE_MOVERS) and I did not resign
as moderator/coordinator of a number of _file_ echos (PDN, RAR for example). You just _took_ those file echos without even an email.

THEN: _YOU_ gave me exact instructions on HOW to correct these msg. area moderatorship errors so that your lists would reflect me as moderator/coordinator. This involved my creating 3 copies of your TAGNAME.ECO files for the msg. echos, delivered directly to your 2:25/21 node... Which I
DID.

Supposedly I would retain the position of modertor of those msg. echos, but

1. Give me back my msg. echos as listed above. And don't tell me to create some idiotic .ECO files or whatever, just make the f'n changes already.

2. Give me back the PDN and Rar file distribution. The PDN has never been the victim of a takeover like you pulled off here...

Filegate you now say is copyright but all documentations at best within Filegate shows only SM. That is NOT a trademark NOR copyright and is not International as it is not in the United Kingdom.

You must follow the correct elist procedures.

Rar was abandoned for some considerable time so I starting looking after it and
yes spending some valuable time to do so.
You wish it back - fine I care not - providing you keep on top of it!



If, you warn to take back operations for FILEGATE and or any other processes that you did have prior to 29th December 2021 let me know.

I am getting to 75 in June 23rd so I can think of other stuff that can take up my time although that said, the filegate is now very light traffic but it was the same when you had it.

As for various echo's, suggest you send in file submissions for each area
after advising me that your wish to do so for each area that is in the Elist moderator lists.

These submissions must be sent to 2:25/21.

I WILL NOT change them for you or any one else otherwise I will get a flood of requests to do similar for others.

The Elist system is now on it's own platform and nodelist entry and run in full
auto mode so file submissions are the only way for mods to deal with it.

Failing that, I will allow all such areas to lapse to revert to backbone status
only.

Should you take these processes back I will NOT be your back up should you again shut down, close services or for any other reason.

As Mark, Terry, Carol and Dallas and myself had to spend considerable time dealing with the fall out, over your very short notice of termination of all services !

Here you are totally wrong there is NO copyright on FILEGATE.ZXX or not registered at the US Copyright and Patents (dept) that I could trace but in any
case I has to take such over only for the file in order to try and keep it up to date after you LEFT as per your mails on 29th December 2021.
