Sounds to me, from your description, like the problem is on the hub's
end. But I don't know what an "e-mail inbound dir about log" is, so I'm just guessing.
Wonder if he has IRex set for *.MSG mailer rather than Binkley and as
soon as it sees the *.MSG in the netmail folder before sbbsecho changes
it to a .*lo file in the outbound, IRex sends it without the .pkt.
Just a guess....
I have my mailer option in irex set as :frontdoor 2.25 /type of MSGs : opus 1.02/
save inboud mail in : type 2+ packet.
don't now if that will help you help me with the problem
Thank you for the help

OK.... two things you need to check. First, being your using "file attach", you're also going to have to make sure sbbsecho is tossing it as file attach and not Binkley/FLO. Secondly, change MSG Type in IRex to FTS-0001. I know when I was running IRex that was my setting and had zero issues. Try these things first and let's see if it takes care of your issues.
Hello Bill
Thank you for getting back to me about this
I had a look in sbbsecho.cfg amd the mailer is frontdoor/attach.
I have changed the msg type to FTS-0001
the file attack, is there any other place in sbbs I sould be looking
at.
I give that a shot and let you now
Thank you for your help with this
