    yes but why would you want to do that when you can easily do the
    following in a script?

    sub makebinkdlist()
    {
    mylist = %1
    perl ftn/bin/binkd_nodelister.pl %mylist
    ftn/nodelist/bd_%mylist.txt.new ftn/nodelist/ex_%mylist.txt.new
    move ftn/nodelist/bd_%mylist.txt.new ftn/nodelist/bd_%mylist.txt
    move ftn/nodelist/ex_%mylist.txt.new ftn/nodelist/ex_%mylist.txt
    }

    if exist ftn/secinbound/nodelist.### makebinkdlist ftn/secinbound/nodelist.### if exist ftn/secinbound/foolist.### makebinkdlist ftn/secinbound/foolist.### if exist ftn/secinbound/fredlist.### makebinkdlist ftn/secinbound/fredlist.###
    if exist ftn/secinbound/xlist.### makebinkdlist
    ftn/secinbound/xlist.### if exist ftn/secinbound/ratlist.###
    makebinkdlist ftn/secinbound/ratlist.###

    Something I was thinking. Using 1 perl script would be an issue due to the PRINT OUTSTUFF and 5d addressing. Each individual network would need to be different due to the @<network name> unless a variable can be added to the command line.

    Yes?? no??
