Talisman v0.2 is done and ready for testing :)

* Update LR pointers
If you'd like to test, contact me privately and I will organise you a
login name / password to download the latest source tarball / win32
installer. I just ask you don't redistribute at this time.
Documentation on talismanbbs.com has been updated to reflect v0.2
