For me, celery has no taste, so this would be like just
eating mustard. I like mustard, but not that much.
I mostly dislike celery because of the texture. And,
sadly, mustard won't change that.

Ah.. then, yes.. no need to force yourself to eat fresh celery
then. For me, the aroma of celery is pleasant, and the taste
is noticeable and likeable. So, it works for me to get added
fiber quick and easy without resorting to cooking or using
processed foods.
