• Binki & Postie

    Hello

Looks like I broke postie the other day, and none of my messages were
getting out. (or going to the wrong place maybe)

    I fixed it now.

I've also got an initial version of my binkp client / server ready. It's
not got cram-md5 passwords yet.. but it seems to work.

Servo passes off incoming connections to binki, which sends / recieves
files, if it receives any it creates a semaphore.

Servo should watch for the semaphore to kick of postie toss (And whatever else... think of it like BETWEEN.BAT in irex)

Servo also should have a timed event to run binki -O which will check all outbounds and if there is stuff to send, send it.

I've got my test BBS (The Grinning Cat) running with binki now, though
it's only on happynet. I don't suggest anyone use it just yet - it needs
at least cram-md5 support first (though I'm not sure how secure that is
    anyway)

It may or may not compile on linux, actually it wont because I haven't
made a CMake file yet... I'll get around to it.

I was up very late last night doing this and spent all day today, so time
    for a little break I think :)

Much more secure than plaintext passwords ;-).

Yeah, I guess. I've implemented it now so that's good.
