    Working on a custom Bulletin viewer in luascript for Talisman. So far,
    working well!

    - Configurable light bar position & colors
    - New bulletin indicator (asterisk)
    - Page up/down when viewing bulletins
    - Filters out SAUCE records
    - Random menu art

    Because I'm not use bbs_display_gfile() I can't use inline macros, but I
    think that's OK. Unless Talisman had a lua hook to deal with displaying specific rows in a file, to handle a scrolling type function, like an
    ANSI gallery thing...

    Made some updates to the git repo. This now grabs paths from
    talisman.ini, and uses data/bulletin.toml to get the list of bulletins so there's less config.

    Only drawbacks are -- to handle TOML parsing and things like time stamp comparisions, you have to install 2 lua add-ons using luarocks, which is
    like a lua package manager. Not too difficult, tho!

    Thanks, Paulie420. It's been great fun getting back into Talisman and Lua.
    I've got a couple more things I've been working on, including the Last
    Callers -- and a New Message Scan interface!
