• Messed up messages originating from you

From deon@21:2/116 to Avon on Saturday, May 29, 2021 17:45:57
    Howdy,

So I've noticed a few messed up messages on 2/116 that all seem to originate from 1/101. Not sure if they are bad leaving you, going via 1/100 or 2/100 - that's the path they seem to take.

Is it garbled for anybody else? On Net 1 or 2? (Another one was in the new FSX_FOOD...)

    Here is an example:

    X-FTN-PATH 1/101 100 2/100
    X-FTN-AREA FSX_GARDENING
    X-FTN-TID Mystic BBS 1.12 A46
    X-FTN-MSGID 21:1/101 621bb7c7

ern location, Melbourne, there's a Frangipani out there,
rhubarb and the third which I bunged a variety of herb cuttings into, of
which the sole survivor appears to be vietnamese mint also has had 3 Chrysanthemums surviving from Mother's Day jammed in there as well.

    I received that message ungarbled.
    PATH: 1/101 100 3/100 102

Maybe it gets garbled at 2/100 or your system?

    So yes that is possible.

I've seen 4 messages in 2 days garbled like this and each have followed the same path.

So if its not garbled for anybody else in Net 2, then its likely me :(

Where did you get those messages that are garbled, from 2/100 or your 3/100 hub?

All the messages went 1/100 to 2/100 before getting to me.

I should have also got a copy via 3/100 - I'm going to look through the logs, but it would have been discarded as a dupe.

On 3/100 the messages are intact - (which got them from 1/100) - so that takes 1/100 out of the loop for being part of the problem.

I got them here from 1/100 and they look good.

Oli got it via 1/100 and 3/100 in good condition.

Yep, I wonder what that message looks like on 2/100? I don't have an account there so I have no way to look.
