    Hello Ian!

ok.. Found an issue on my end with PEERBLOCK that was causing an issue. My apologies on that...

Sorry I don't have an answer really, I don't now why it worked once for you then not again, can I send same snap shot of my firewall settings
via sportne e-mail address for you to lok at, I did change an option
for inbound but the firewall menu went red so I put it back to the way
    it was.

If you do it locally you shouldn't have an issue but after I fixed the Peerblock issue, I was getting the following...

As you can see at least my system was trying to get out to you.

Would someone else please ping Ian's address to see if it's not me going nuts....

    Thanks

    OK, so it's not me.

i have not tried to connect to 1stchoice via binkp, though...

Since I fixed my PEERBLOCK issue we are connecting...

i wonder if maybe he's on the other side of that undersea cable problem feeding NZ?

    Not sure... possible though.

    As long as
binkd is connecting it's fine now.

Okay what you are saying here is if I joined sportnet for you (just
    say) I ould
beable to get my pkts crashed ok although I probably be getting from
    Paul

Paul would handle your Sportnet's feed but I am not really sure why he's having an issue conneting with you. We'd need to see more of his logs to get to bottom of it.

and just woundering to how are we getting on Paul not connecting to me with that problem he had or when I put the port 24554 in me windows firewall help fix that or not

Did you allow that port to be open? I am assuming it was..

BM As I said, it was my issue with
    PEERBLOCK that started all this.

okay that's cool, miss read the message

    :)

As Mark was stating, we're not sure if that undersea cable is causing issues with us on a traceart but Paul and you should see no issues being you're in the same country...
