You have my sympathy & support in this. However, this is his sandpit & he
makes the rules.

Some simple 'natural justice' may need to be considered in
future. Nothing complicated.

Check the echo again. R57C's vote was sent at his post
"3:770/100 a31c39a2 dated Sun, 3 Mar 2019 21:28:23 +1300"
(unfortunately addressed to 'All'). I.e. in plenty of time to
arrive before the deadline. It was ignored by the Election
Coordinator.
So, R57C corrected himself with the later post with the proper
addressee which was deemed too late to be accepted. Where is the
justice in that?
