    Just curious if anything you have working there actually can, and possibly does, use the TZUTC kludge or is this another complete waste of time?

    By the way this is a different me then you've see before. It has both a TZ and a TZUTC kludge.

    You are not alone. Keep up the excellent work and I am in full agreement that the TZUTC kludge requires full and complete annihilation. It has been corrupted beyond salvation.

    Notice the powers that be took away the '+' character from legitimate time zones east of prime meridian and relaced it with a '-' character. It brought a smile to my face given that European sysops go out of their way to not only corrupt but in fact cripple the TZUTC kludge given that legitimate applications using utc offsets require either a '+' or a '-' character in order to do their proper job.

    Again east is east and west is best, or as we are fond of saying in these situations, strong like bull, smart like tractor. :-)
