In addition to the handy nodelist lookup that allows input for,

[1] node number, and
[2] sysop name

..there is *another one* that accepts lookup by,

[1] node number,
[2] sysop name (last name only),

*and*

[3] System name (even if it is only partial string for this input!)

Unlike the first lookup tool, the latter nodelist lookup outputs every instance of a match in every fidonet nodelist that ever existed.

Apparently, the anticipation of the "project" was first mentioned in the FIDONEWS newsletter Volume 24, Number 11 (12 Mar 2007) (there's a link to that on the page.)

It appears that further progress stalled in 2011, but the NL lookup is
quite an impressive feat for certain. It is nice to see such a thing available.

I looks like you accidentally removed the previous lookup link. :(

Why not have something like:


[1] Nodelist Search (a Fidonet History Project)

..which points to the ambrosia60 link, and


[2] Nodelist History (NodeHist created by Pavel Gulchouck)

..which is the first one everyone was familiar with.


Both have different options. Both are good to mention.
