    Not this way. Any subscriber can add others. It's just that I only have August in Contacts. You can also create open groups, but they need a moderator who could block spammers in time. To contact me in Telegram try @BroRabbit.

    Yes, so I have been told. It makes sense. Much like moderators and
    sysops
    have control of who can use their echoes and systems.

    There can be several moderators in a group, just like in Fido echo conference.
