  • Syncterm stays "connecting..."

    I installed Syncterm and opened it and ctrl-D and input "bbs.synchro.net". It's stuck on the "connecting" screen. I can connect this bbs with telnet. What do I do to make syncterm connect successfully? OS is ubuntu 20.

    Maybe try a different address? bbs.synchro.net seems to be up and working right now, but it's possible I was having an Internet outage at that exact moment. <shrug>

    I use vert.synchro.net from my browser (Chrome) & have no issues.

    I use same as you in SyncTerm (Win10) & never had that issue. Sounds as Digital
    Man suggests: only a momentary disconnect issue. . . :)
