DOES ANYONE ON HERE DO HOBBY PROGRAMMING AND WANT TO HELP WITH A PROJECT?
I AM THE AUTHOR OF A TERMINAL PROGRAM FOR THE COLOUR MAXIMITE 2 COMPUTER, AVAILABLE ON GITHUB. I WOLD BE HAPPY TO GIVE SOMEONE A FREE COLOUR MAXIMITE 2 COMPUTER IF THEY WERE WILLING TO HELP ME DEVELOP THE SOFTWARE, IDEALLY BY HELPING WRITE FILE TRANSFER PROTOCOL ROUTINES AND ANY OTHER GENERAL IMPROVEMENTS. THE COLOUR MAXIMITE 2 COMPUTER USES AN ADVANCED DIALECT OF BASIC CALLED MMBASIC. I CAN DO A LOT WITH WRITING THE SOFTWARE BUT ULTIMATELY I AM AN AMATEUR PROGRAMMER AND FILE TRANSFER PROTOCOLS IS BEYOND MY UNDERSTANDING. SO IF YOU WOULD BE INTERESTED PLEASE LET MME KNOW. MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS RECSTUDIO AT GMAIL DOT COM AND YOU CAN CHECK OUT THE SOFTWARE MAXITERM ON GITHUB. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME. AND SORRY FOR THE ALL CAPS, AS I AM WRITING THIS ON AN ORIGINAL LEAR SIEGLER ADM3A TERMINAL THAT DOES NOT SUPPORT LOWERCASE CHARACTERS.
I could probably help with an XMODEM implementation, at the least. Does your computer support
TCP/IP?
