I used to run a board in the late 80s and early 90s in the Vancouver BC area on Ami Express. Was sort of the usual thing, lol... warez and more warez. What can I say, I was 18...

Love the synchronet story, quite the history you've had.

I dunno if my BBS will see the light of day really, who knows. Just messing around with it for now. Currently a default version of synchronet.

I was messing with TCPSER and VICE and trying to get an old Blue Board BBS online and it just ended up frustrating me too much. It worked, but the blue board on the emulator just crashes all the time for no apparent reason.

I'm babbling I think? Anyhoo, see you all around. This place looks great.

On a fun note, one of my later BBS pseudonyms was "Mr. Skin". It was kind of a joke I came up with in high school. Turns out that name would get picked up when the internet started up and I can't really use the name anymore or tell my kids about it. heh. whatever.
