legislation and the whole matter will be reviewed in 12 months time.

Have you any further information about the above clip that appeared in
the latest SARL News? What is the legislation in SA? Is it something
to do with the use of cellphones while driving?

My reason for asking is that there could be ramifications in the UK or
other countries.
