Title: Smothered Cabbage

2 tb Oil
1 md Onion; chopped
1/2 c Diceed, fully cooked ham
6 c Coarse chopped cabbage
1/2 c Chicken broth
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Garlic powder
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; add
onion. Cook and stir until tender, 3-5 minutes. Stir in
remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat;
cover and simmer until cabbage is tender, 5-7 minutes.
Serve with a slotted spoon.
