Title: Potato-Crusted Scallops

Yield: 3 Servings
4 c Potato chips; crushed
1 lb Sea scallops 12-15 count
Preheat oven to 375ºF/190ºC.
Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Place the potato chips in a shallow dish. Roll the
scallops in the potato chips until covered. Arrange the
coated scallops on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake until cooked through, 15 to 20 minutes.
