    I have it compiled.. setup works. Can't Telnet. Any assistance

    On my slackware box the setup script creates example telnet lines in the /etc/inetd.conf. Uncomment the one that applies to your setup and restart inetd.

    That could be different on different distributions, some use xinetd.

    Hmm.. I have not seen that error so I'm not sure what the cause could be.

    What distribution are you running there?

    Hello Chad!

    When you ssh/telnet to the system, what TTY does it show? Typeing 'w' should give you that information. Which versoin of MBSE are using using? Is there any helpfull information in the logs?

    I got it to work. It was the tty settings.
