• Jerk Eric Idle honestly prefers that Hitler won World War 2

He must. Idle, in his horrible Greedy Bastard book, laments how his father was killed fighting the Nazis in the Second World War. Mind you the Nazis were actually bombing the hell out of England, they almost conquered the UK. If guys
like Idle's father had not fought the Nazis would have won England and Eric Idle could have grown up a Nazi with his father a converted Nazi. None of the last statement seems to matter to Eric Idle. I guess all he is capable of thinking of is that his father wasn't there when he was growing up. Idle, your father fought for a very noble cause, he's proof that sometimes war is a just cause. You're a real idiot if you can't understand that.

Hmm. I haven't read the book, but is it possible he was kidding? Or you know,
it is possible to support a war but still be angry that your loved one died in it. Holding conflicting views is practically required when living in this world.

I was only looking for a 5-minute argument, but I must have entered the wrong room.
