I recently saw a DVD called "Do Not Adjust Your Set." In three words,
I found it "not particularly silly."

On the other hand, I love Fawlty Towers.

Can you tell me which semi-Python projects are actually funny? Amazon
says that customers who buy "Do Not Adjust Your Set" also buy "At Last
the 1948 Show." Is that funny?

You might enjoy Michael Palin's "Ripping Yarns," if you can find them.

Many moons ago I bought the book and I mostly liked it.
Was it ever broadcast on the amazing wireless?

    Regards,

I watched it on my kinescope back in the early 80's, on PBS.

Have you got a Netflix account? You can watch the episodes on instant download, or on DVD.

    Got 36 bucks to spare?

Several years ago I watched "How to Irritate People" and found most of
    the sketches unfunny.

"Monty Python Live at the Hollywood Bowl" is a Python project, but it incorporates earlier work and is all around hysterical. I also think
"A Fish Called Wanda" was well done, and to a lesser extent "Fierce
    Creatures" is also enjoyable.
