• ACS question

From Sean Dennis@1:18/200 to All on Monday, July 23, 2007 19:43:30
    Hello, All.

Kinda silly, but I'm trying to allow only manual verification of my users on my
board. I have them fill out a questionaire, then the system disconnects. However, the line I put into my WELCOME.MEC to check for unverified users and point them to a different display file is working too well; it's not letting me
    in either!

    The line in question:

    [acs Unver][display]Misc\NotVer

I just want it to allow only those users to see that file, not everyone. That's level 5, or Unverified (Unver is the alias). Does anyone know how to correct this? It's been too long since I've messed with ACS stuff.

Thanks for any help in advance.

    Later,
    Sean

When I used to have a new user menu for CBV etc back in the day, I used an access key for it as it seemed easier for some reason I can't remember now.

Yeah, I need to figure this out...have to start poking the edges of the 'net now for an answer. :)

    HEre's a silly answer but ...

Have you defined "unver" in max.ctl by chance?
