Wow. I never realized that ABBA makes some great music. I grabbed the definitive collection and for 37 songs, its a darned good value.

The song writing was epic for their almost decade plus long reign. The
Winner Takes All, Voulez-Vous, S.O.S, Mama Mia. So many good songs
its so sad they broke up, but we at least have the music.

I heard it on Spotify already and it wasn't a great album anyways to begin with so you're not missing much there.

I understand theres a certain segment of the Earth population that just can't wait to get into their type of music, rushing right out to buy that album... but really I just don't get it and see it more as a big attention-grab, like what, the royalties are drying up on their older stuff?

I do admire the craftsmanship that went into their 70's output but anything beyond that... meh... Is it better to burn out than to fade away?

The only good Christmas albums are the barking-dog record and possibly Brian Setzer.
