    Sounds like Mike Ness (Social Distortion).

    Ness' voice bares a modest resemblance. I'll have to check out
    more of his work.

    Apparently he focused his career as an accompanying singer and
    guitarist in other bands for his many years. It is only
    recently that he's ventured into solo and now, one album of
    about 7 tunes. I don't particularly care for all of them. I
    hope he finds a good producer who will recommend this bluesy
    acoustic style like the Keep Movin On cover as a winning formula
    for him.
