    Hi g00r00,

I just noticed when listing my Fidonet areas, I get the first 48 and then the screen pauses. After I hit enter or C it seems to skip listing 10 bases:

    1 Fidonet Netmail 2 ABLED
    3 AFTERSHOCK 4 ALLFIX_FILE
    5 AMATEUR_RADIO 6 AMIGA
    7 ANNOUNCE.024 8 ANTI_VIRUS
    9 ASIAN_LINK 10 AUTOMOTIVE
    11 AVIATION 12 BAMA
    [snip]
    41 ESPOMEN 42 ESSNASA
    43 FDECHO 44 FDN_ANNOUNCE
    45 FIDO-REQ 46 FIDOGAZETTE
    47 FIDONET.ORG 48 FIDOSOFT.GER
    More: (Y)es, (N)o, (C)ontinueous?
    59 GOLDED 60 GUITAR
    61 HAM 62 HAM_TECH

Notice that it skips from 48 to 59.

For example FIDOTEST is listed two after FIDOSOFT.GER. If I wanted to go to this area & not knowing the number, I have to go to 48 and then press ] a few times to find FIDOTEST.

I do have the areas sorted by network & then name:

    73 FIDOGAZETTE 1:229/664
    72 FIDONET.ORG 1:229/664
    67 FIDOSOFT.GER 1:229/664
    33 FIDOSOFT.HUSKY 1:229/664
    40 FIDOTEST 1:229/664
    37 FIDO_SYSOP 1:229/664
    164 FILEGATE 1:229/664
    52 FMAIL_HELP 1:229/664
    50 FN_SYSOP 1:229/664
    59 FTSC_PUBLIC 1:229/664
    273 FUNNY 1:229/664
    29 FUTURE4FIDO 1:229/664
    62 GENEALOGY 1:229/664
    26 GOLDED 1:229/664

Please let me know if you need any more info.

Thanks for all that you do!

    Hi g00r00,

It was set to Yes in both Message Base Settings & File Base Settings.

I just changed to No in both locations & this is now what I see:

    26 Fidonet Netmail 27 ABLED
    28 AFTERSHOCK 29 ALLFIX_FILE
    30 AMATEUR_RADIO 31 AMIGA
    32 ANNOUNCE.024 33 ANTI_VIRUS
    [snip]
    66 ESPOMEN 67 ESSNASA
    68 FDECHO 69 FDN_ANNOUNCE
    70 FIDO-REQ 71 FIDOGAZETTE
    72 FIDONET.ORG 73 FIDOSOFT.GER
    More: (Y)es, (N)o, (C)ontinueous?
    84 GOLDED 85 GUITAR
    86 HAM 87 HAM_TECH
    88 HOME_COOKING 89 HOME_N_GRDN
    90 HOTDOGED 91 IBBSDOOR

The same 10 message bases are still not listed after the screen pause.

Ok, so just to add to this.

I discovered that if I scroll back in SyncTerm, Mystic is actually displaying the "missing" bases, it's just that they're off the screen.

It turns out I had my screen size to to 30 for some reason (the default for
new users is 24, so I must have changed this at some point in my own account).

At any rate, I set it back to 24 for myself and now it works as expected.

Sorry to bug you with this!
