• New cable modem

    The cable Internet connection here at Vertrauen has degraded in reliability over the past several months resulting in high packet loss, dropped TCP sessions and multiple complete outages per day. I've had Charter/Spectrum technicians out 3 times, run diagnostics, replaced underground lines, and finally, installed a new modem today. Let's hope this new modem resolves this issue once and for all. Thanks for your patience,
