    Is there any way to format a DOS system floppy disk under OS/2?

    For a System (boot) floppy, wouldn't it be "FORMAT A: /S" ??

    Yes, as long as the COMSPEC variable points to DOS' COMMAND.COM, _or_ DOS' COMMAND.COM is copied to the floppy after it's formatted.

    Where does FORMAT find DOS system files (IBM*.COM) for the boot disk?
